ABSTRAK

 

Berdasarkan hasil pre survey yang peneliti lakukan di UPTD Puskesmas Rawat Inap Sragi pada tahun 2022 terdapat 678 ibu hamil dan 25,55% diantaranya mengalami anemia. Pada bulan Januari 2023 terdapat 104  ibu hamil trimester I-III yang melakukan kunjungan ANC, dimana 19,22% ibu hamil tersebut kadar hemoglobinnya rendah.Tujuan penlitian ini adalah diketahui pengaruh konsumsi jambu biji terhadap peningkatan kadar HB pada ibu hamil .

Jenis penelitian kuantitatif, rancangan penelitian metode Praeksperiment dengan pendekatan two group pretest posttest. terdapat 104 ibu hamil trimester I-III yang melakukan kunjungan ANC, dimana 19,22% (20) ibu hamil mengalami anemia, populasi yaitu 365 ibu hamil dengan sampel 60 ibu hamil anemia, teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling., analisa data univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji mann withney.

Rata-rata kadar HB pada ibu hamil sebelum diberi jambu biji dan tablet Fe dengan Mean 10,48 gr/dl nilai min 9,80 gr/dl dan nilai max 10,90 gr/dl. Rata-rata kadar Hb setelah diberi jambu biji dan tablet fe dengan Mean 11,50 gr/dl nilai min 10,50 gr/dl dan nilai max 12,00gr/dl, Hasil uji statistik didapatkan nilai P-value = 0.002 (<0,05) yang artinya ada pengaruh konsumsi jambu biji terhadap kadar Hb pada ibu hamil anemia . Pencegahan anemia dapat dilakukan dengan penambahan suplementasi tablet tambah darah dan asam folat. Sebagai bahan informasi bagi responden bahwa dengan mengonsumsi jambu biji dapat meningkatkan kadar hemoglobin pada ibu hamil sehingga dapat mencegah terjadinya anemia pada ibu hamil, dan diharapkan ibu hamil mau mengonsumsi jambu biji sebagai pilihan makanan yang mengandung vitamin C tinggi yang dapat meningkatkan absorpsi Fe pada ibu hamil sehingga absorpsi Fe dapat maksimal sehingga tidak terjadi anemia.

ABSTRACT

 

Based on the results of a pre-survey conducted by researchers at the UPTD Sragi Inpatient Health Center in 2022, there were 67.8 pregnant women and 25.55% of them had anemia. In January 2023, there were 104 pregnant women in the first to third trimesters who visited ANC, of which 19.22% of pregnant women had low hemoglobin levels. The purpose of this study is to know the effect of guava consumption on increasing HB levels in pregnant women.

Type of quantitative research, research design experimental method with a twogroup pretest posttest approach. There were 104 pregnant women in the first to third trimesters who visited ANC, of which 19.22% (20) pregnant women had anemia, there are 365 pregnant women with 60 sample with technique sample is purposive sampling techniques, univariate and bivariate data analysis using the Mann Withney test.

Average HB levels in mothers before being given guava and Fe tablets with a mean of 10.48 gr/dl, min value of 9.80 gr/dl and max value of 1 0.90 gr/dl.   Average Hb levels after being given guava and fe tablets with a mean of 11.50 gr/dl min value 1 0.50 gr/dl and max value 1 2.0 0gr/dl, statistical test results obtained P-value = 0.002 (<  0.05)  which meaning that there is an effect of guava  consumption on Hb  levels in  anemic pregnant women  . Prevention of anemia can be done with the addition of supplementation of blood-added tablets and folic acid. As   information   material for respondents that by consuming guava can increase hemoglobin  levels in pregnant women  so as to prevent anemia in  pregnant women, and it is expected pregnant women  want to consume guava  as a  food choice that contains high vitamin C  which  can  increase Fe absorption  in  pregnant women so that  Fe   absorption can be maximized So that anemia  does not occur.
