PENGARUH KOMBINASI EFEK PIJAT OXCYTOCIN DAN ENDORFIN DENGAN INVOLUSI UTERI DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS NEGERI BESAR KABUPATEN WAY KANAN TAHUN 2023

Involusi Uteri adalah suatu proses kembalinya uterus pada keadaan sebelum hamil setelah melahirkan. Proses ini merupakan proses yang sangat penting karena kemungkinan dapat terjadi pendarahan nifas cepat atau lambat. Pada tahun 2021 sebanyak 7.603 orang dan terdapat kematian pada ibu nifas sebanyak 10 orang di Kabupaten Way Kanan, sedangkan di Puskesmas Negri Besar sendiri terdapat 1 kematian ibu pada masa nifas. Berdasarkan data prasurvey yang dilakukan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Negri Besar Kabupaten Way Kanan, dengan melihat data tahun 2023, total Ibu bersalin sebanyak 56 persalinan, 13 diantaranya adalah melahirkan dengan resiko, 10 diantaranya ditangani dan dirujuk, 33 diantaranya dapat ditangani tanpa dirujuk, dari 33 persalinan yang tanpa dirujuk terdapat 4 orang pasen lahiran dengan perdarahan dikarenakan atonia uteri.
Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kombinasi efek pijat oxcytocin dan endorfin dengan inovulsi uteri di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Negri Besar Kabupaten Way Kanan Tahun 2023. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif, rancangan penelitian menggunakan eksperimental dengan pendekatan randomized posttest only control design, populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu nifas, teknik sampling menggunakan consecutiv sampling, analisa data menggunakan univariat, analisa bivariat menggunakan uji t-tes independent.
Rata-rata involusi uterus pada kelompok yang diberi tindakan kombinasi efek pijat oxcytocin dan endorfin pada pengukuran pretes didapat mean 10,007 cm dan pada pengukuran postes didapat mean 5,767 cm. Rata-rata involusi uterus pada kelompok yang tidak diberi tindakan kombinasi efek pijat oxcytocin dan endorfin d pada pengukuran pretes didapat mean 9,707 cm dan pada pengukuran postes didapat mean 7,093 cm. Hasil uji statistik menggunakan uji t-tes didapat nilai p-value=0,004 (<0,05) yang artinya terdapat pengaruh kombinasi efek pijat oxcytocin dan endorfin dengan inovulsi uteri di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Negri Besar Kabupaten Way Kanan Tahun 2023. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan bahan penyuluhan dan pendidikan kesehatan bagi keluarga responden, terkait kombinasi efek pijat oxcytocin dan endorfin, melalui pemberian media leaflet, dan pemasangan baner di masing-masing Puskesmas.

Background: Uterine involution is a process of returning the uterus to its pre-pregnancy state after delivery. This process is a very important process because puerperal bleeding may occur sooner or later. In 2021 there were 7,603 people and there were 10 deaths in postpartum mothers in Way Kanan Regency, while at the Negri Besar Community Health Center there was 1 maternal death during the postpartum period. Based on pre-survey data conducted in the Working Area of the Negri Besar Community Health Center in Way Kanan Regency, by looking at data for 2023, a total of 56 birth mothers, 13 of them were risky deliveries, 10 of them were handled and referred, 33 of them could be handled without referral, out of 33 deliveries without referral there were 4 patients with bleeding due to uterine atony. Research objective: to know the effect of the combined effects of oxcytocin and endorphins on uterine inovulation in the Work Area of the Negri Besar Community Health Center, Way Kanan Regency, in 2023
Methods: This type of research used quantitative, the research design used experimental with a randomized posttest only control design approach, the population and sample in this study were postpartum women, the sampling technique used consecutive sampling, the data analysis used univariate, the bivariate analysis used independent t-tests.
Results: The average uterine involution in the group that was given the combined massage effect of oxcytocin and endorphins on pre-test measurements obtained a mean of 10.007 cm and on post-test measurements obtained a mean of 5.767 cm. The average uterine involution in the group that was not given the combined massage effect of oxcytocin and endorphins d on pre-test measurements obtained a mean of 9.707 cm and on post-test measurements obtained a mean of 7.093 cm. The results of the statistical test using the t-test obtained a p-value = 0.004 (<0.05), which means that there is a combined effect of the massage effects of oxcytocin and endorphins with uterine inovulation in the Working Area of the Negri Besar Public Health Center, Way Kanan Regency in 2023. Suggestion: Expected results This research can be used as material for counseling and health education for the respondent's family, related to the combination of the massage effects of oxytocin and endorphins, through the distribution of leaflets, and the installation of banners at each Puskesmas
