ABSTRAK

Latar Belakang: Imunisasi merupakan pelayanan kesehatan yang bertujuan untuk melindungi individu dari penyakit yang dapat dicegah dengan imunisasi (PD3I). Pemberian imunisasi dapat mencegah sekitar 2-3 juta kematian setiap tahunnya. Ibu yang bekerja kurang memiliki waktu sehingga pemberian imunisasi tidak tepat sesuai dengan jadwal yang ditentukan. Imunisasi lanjutan masuk ke dalam program imunisasi rutin dengan memberikan 1 dosis dan campak/MR kepada anak usia 18-24 bulan.

Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubugan status pekerjaan ibu terhadap kelengkapan imunisasi lanjutan anak usia 18 – 24 bulan di wilayah kerja puskesmas Rajabasa Indah tahun 2022

Metodologi: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analitik Observasional dengan desain cross sectional. Pengambilan data menggunakan tehnik total sampling. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan buku KMS selanjutnya di analisis menggunakan uji chi square.

Hasil: Dari hasil penelitian hubungan status pekerjaan ibu terhadap kelengkapan imunisasi lanjutan  anak usia 18 – 24  bulan didapatkan hasil uji chi square yaitu nilai p-value 0,000 dan OR = 0,040.  Ibu yang bekerja yaitu sebanyak 27 responden (60%) dan jumlah yang imunisasi lanjutan tidak lengkap sebanyak 25 responden (55,6%).

Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubugan status pekerjaan ibu terhadap kelengkapan imunisasi lanjutan anak usia 18 – 24 bulan di wilayah kerja puskesmas Rajabasa Indah tahun 2022.

ABSTRACT

Background: Immunization is a health service that aims to protect individuals from diseases that can be prevented by immunization (PD3I). Immunization can prevent about 2-3 million deaths each year. Working mothers have less time so that immunization is not given according to the specified schedule. Follow-up immunization is included in the routine immunization program by giving 1 dose and measles / MR to children aged 18-24 months.

Objective: To determine the relationship between maternal employment status and the completeness of continued immunization of children aged 18-24 months in the Rajabasa Indah puskesmas work area in 2022.

Methodology:  The type of research used in this research is observational analytic with cross sectional design. Data collection using total sampling technique. Data collection using questionnaires and KMS books was then analyzed using the chi square test.

Results: From the results of the study of the relationship between maternal employment status and the completeness of continued immunization of children aged 18-24 months, the results of the chi square test showed a p-value of 0.000 and OR = 0.040.  Mothers who work are 27 respondents (60%) and the number of incomplete follow-up immunization is 25 respondents (55.6%).

Conclusion: There is a relationship between maternal employment status and the completeness of continued immunization of children aged 18-24 months in the Rajabasa Indah puskesmas working area in 2022.
