ABSTRAK
Latar Belakang : Karsinoma Payudara merupakan salah satu keganasan yang paling
sering terjadi pada wanita di seluruh dunia. Sebagian besar pasien mengalami
keterlambatan dalam terapi. Oleh karena itu faktor prognostik yaitu ukuran tumor dan
penentuan grade sangat penting untuk menilai kekambuhan dan terapi pada pasien.
Tujuan Penelitian: Mengetahui Hubungan Ukuran Tumor Dan Grade Pada Pasien
Karsinoma Payudara Di RSUD Jenderal Ahmad Yani (RSAY) Kota Metro Lampung.
Metode Penelitian: Jenis penelitian ini adalah Observasional Analitik dengan
pendekatan Cross Sectional, dengan menggunakan data rekam medis pasien
karsinoma payudara Tahun 2019-2023 dengan teknik sampel Purposive Sampling.
Hasil Penelitian: Didapatkan sampel sebanyak 138 responden yang sudah diinklusi,
hasil penilitian ini didapatkan bahwa jumlah pasien yang memiliki ukuran tumor ≥5
memiliki presentase terbesar sebanyak 125 (90,6%), pasien Karsinoma Payudara
dengan kategori high grade memiliki presentase terbesar sebanyak 109 (79,0%) dan
terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara Ukuran Tumor dan Grade Pada Pasien
Karsinoma Payudara di RSUD Jenderal Ahmad Yani (RSAY) Kota Metro Lampung
dengan nilai p-value 0.030
Kesimpulan: Terdapat Hubungan antara Ukuran Tumor dan Grade Pada Pasien
Karsinoma Payudara di RSUD Jenderal Ahmad Yani (RSAY) Kota Metro Lampung
dengan (p-value) sebesar (0.030) lebih kecil dari nilai alpha (0,05).

ABSTRACT
Background: Breast Carcinoma is one of the most common malignancies in women
throughout the world. Most patients experience delays in therapy. Therefore,
prognostic factors, namely tumor size and grade determination, are very important
for assessing recurrence and therapy in patients.
Purpose: To determine the relationship between Tumor Size and Grade in Breast
Carcinoma patients at RSUD Jenderal Ahmad Yani (RSAY) Metro in Lampung.
Methodology: This type of research is Analytical Observational with a Cross
Sectional approach, using medical record data from breast carcinoma patients for
2019-2023 with a purposive sampling technique.
Results: A sample of 138 respondents was obtained which was included. The results
of this research showed that the number of patients who had a tumor size ≥5 had the
largest percentage of 125 (90.6%), Breast Carcinoma patients in the high grade
category had the largest percentage of 109 (79.0%) and there is a significant
relationship between Tumor Size and Grade in Breast Carcinoma patients at RSUD
Jenderal Ahmad Yani (RSAY) Metro in Lampung with a p-value of 0.030
Conclusions: There is a relationship between Tumor Size and Grade in Breast
Carcinoma patients at RSUD Jenderal Ahmad Yani (RSAY) Metro in Lampung with a
(p-value) of (0.030) smaller than the alpha value (0.05).
