Dewasa ini metode Building Information Modeling (BIM) masih menjadi topik hangat dalam dunia konstruksi. Namun, penggunaan metode BIM ini baru digunakan oleh proyek-proyek besar yang ada di Indonesia. Maka dari itu, pada penelitian ini penulis melakukan penggunaan metode pendekatan BIM pada Proyek Pembangunan Rumah Tipe 45 di Teluk Betung Kota Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) menggunakan Sketchup dengan bantuan ekstensi Quantifier Pro dan membandingkannya dengan metode konvensional. Hasil yang didapat pada penelitian ini adalah adanya perbedaan volume di hampir semua item pekerjaan. Perbedaan volume tersebut sangat berpengaruh terhadap biaya pekerjaan, dan biaya pekerjaan merupakan hal krusial dalam dunia konstruksi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Rencana Anggaran Biaya total yang didapat menggunakan Sketchup ekstensi Quantifier Pro diperoleh biaya sebesar Rp. 193.141.760 sedangkan biaya total hasil perhitungan konvensional sebesar Rp. 215.045.409, selisih biaya tersebut sebesar 10,2% atau Rp. 21.903.649.

Nowadays, the Building Information Modeling (BIM) method is still a hot topic in the construction world. However, the use of this BIM method has only been used by large projects in Indonesia. Therefore, in this study the authors used the BIM approach method in the Type 45 House Construction Project in Teluk Betung, Bandar Lampung City. This research aims to calculate the Budget Plan Cost (RAB) using Sketchup with the help of the Quantifier Pro extension and compare it with conventional methods. The results obtained in this study are the differences in volume in almost all work items. The difference in volume greatly affects the cost of work, and the cost of work is crucial in the world of construction. The conclusion of this research is that the total cost budget plan obtained using the Sketchup extension of Quantifier Pro obtained a cost of Rp. 192,228,579 while the total cost of conventional calculation results is Rp. 215,045,409, the difference in cost is 10.2% or Rp. 22,816,830.
