THE EFFECT OF ONLINE LEARNING ON STUDENTS' LEARNING INTEREST DURING THE COVID 19 PANDEMIC AT SMPN 2 BANDAR LAMPUNG YEAR 2022

Introduction: Learning outcomes data obtained based on the average grades of odd and even semesters in grades 8 and 9 at SMPN 2 Bandar Lampung experienced a decrease in average grades, in grade 8 odd and even semesters with an average value of 8.34 while in even semesters to 7.89. Class 9 odd semester got an average score of 8.05 while in the even semester it became 7.35. Based on the results of a pre-survey conducted on 10 teachers of SMPN 2 Bandar Lampung by conducting free interviews, 7 of the teachers said that some of their students often turned off the camera or off cam, and often miscommunication occurred during lessons, and 3 of them said that many students were still on. cam but some are off cam
Objective: To determine the effect of online learning on the learning interest of grade 3 students during the Covid 19 pandemic at SMPN 2 Bandar Lampung in 2022.
Methods: This type of research is quantitative, the research design uses a pre- experimental approach with a one group pretest-posttest design approach. The population and sample are students of SMPN 2 Bandar Lampung City. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Data analysis using t-test.
Results: The average learning interest of grade 3 students before the Covid pandemic period with a mean of 42.18. The average learning interest of grade 3 students after the Covid 19 pandemic with a mean of 84.18. The results of the analysis of the dependent test obtained a p-value of 0.000 <0.05, so it can be concluded that there is an effect of online learning on students' interest in learning during the Covid 19 pandemic at SMPN 2 Bandar Lampung in 2022.
Suggestion: Teachers can arouse students' interest in learning by providing student learning motivations using positive words that build students' enthusiasm for learning even though online so that students do not feel bored

Pendahuluan: Data hasil belajar yang didapat berdasarkan rata-rata nilaiu semester ganjil dan genap pada kelas 8 dan 9 di SMPN 2 Bandar Lampung mengalami penurunan rata-rata nilai, pada kelas 8 sester ganjil dengan rata-rata nilai 8,34 sedangkan pada semester genap menjadi 7,89. Kelas 9 semeter ganjil didapat rata-rata nilai 8,05 sedangkan pada semester genap menjadi 7,35. Berdasarkan hasil prasurvey yang dilakukan pada 10 guru SMPN 2 Bandar Lampung dengan melakukan wawancara bebas, 7 guru diantaranya mengatakan jika sebagian muridnya sering mematikan kamera atau off cam, dan sering terjadi miss komunikasi saat pelajaran berlangsung, dan 3 diantaranya mengatakan jika banyak muridnya yang masih on cam tetapi ada juga yang off cam
Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran daring terhadap minat belajar siswa kelas 3 pada masa pandemi Covid 19 Dirumah di SMPN 2 Bandar Lampung Tahun 2022.
Metode: Jenis penelitian kuantitatif, rancangan penelitian menggunakan pra eksperimen dengan pendekatan one group pretes-postes design. Populasi dan sampel adalah siswa SMPN 2 Kota Bandar Lampung. Teknik sampling purposive sampling. Analisa data menggunakan uji t-tes.
Hasil : Rata-rata minat belajar siswa kelas 3 pada sebelum masa pandemi Covid dengan mean 42,18. Rata-rata minat belajar siswa kelas 3 pada setelah masa pandemi Covid 19 dengan mean 84,18. Hasil analisa uji dependen tes didapat nilai p-value 0,000 < 0,05 maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pembelajaran daring terhadap minat belajar siswa pada masa pandemi Covid 19 di SMPN 2 Bandar Lampung Tahun 2022.
Saran : Guru bisa membangkitkan minat belajar siswa dengan cara memberikan
motivasi-motivasi belajar siswa menggunakan perkataan positif yang membangun siswa untuk semangat belajar meskipun secara daring agar siswa tidak merasa bosan
