Introduction:Anti-TBdrug resistance(OAT)is basically aman-madephenomenon asaresultof inadequatetreatmentofTBpatients.Basedonthedatain theSub-DivisionofMedicalRecords, RSUDDr. H.AbdulMoeloekLampungProvincerecordedasmanyas 62MDR-TBpatientsin the period2022.

Objective:ThepurposeofthisstudywastodeterminetheriskfactorsforMDRTBintheMDR Polyclinic,Dr.RegionalGeneralHospital.H.AbdulMoeloek,LampungProvincein2022.Methods:Thistypeofresearchisquantitativewithacasecontroldesign.Thestudypopulation wasallpatientsfromtheMDRPolyclinic,Dr.RegionalGeneralHospital.H.AbdulMoeloek LampungProvinceinFebruary2021atotalof62people.Thesampleis62casesand62controls. Thestatisticaltestusedisthechisquaretest withthehelpofa computer.

Results: Mostcases of MDR-TBwere62respondents (50.0%).Most of therespondentsarein the productiveagerangeasmany as76respondents(61.3%),highsocio-economicasmany as74 respondents(59.7%),nutritionalstatusisnotnormalasmany as82respondents(66.1%), medicationadherencelow,namelyasmanyas68respondents(54.8%),comorbiditiesasmanyas

79respondents(63.7%),smokingasmany as72respondents(58.1%),Thereisnorelationship betweenAgeandMDRTB,Thereisasocio-economicrelationshipwithMDRTB.Thereisa

Pendahuluan:Resistensi obatantiTB(OAT)padadasarnyaadalah suatufenomenabuatan manusiasebagaiakibat dari pengobatan pasien TByang tidak adekuat. Berdasarkan datadiSub- BagianRekamMedisRSUDDr.H.AbdulMoeloekProvinsiLampungtercatatsebanyak62 pasienMDR-TBpadaperiodetahun2022.

Tujuan: Tujuan penelitianadalahuntukmengetahuifaktor-FaktorResikoTBMDR DiPoli MDR RumahSakitUmumDaerahDr.H.AbdulMoeloekProvinsiLampungTahun2022.

Metode:Jenis penelitian iniadalah kuantitatif dengan rancangan casecontrol. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pasien Poli MDR Rumah SakitUmum Daerah Dr.H.Abdul Moeloek Provinsi Lampungbulan Februari2021sejumlah 62orang.Sampel62kasus dan 62kontrol.Ujistatistik yangdigunakanadalahujichisquaredenganbantuankomputer.

Hasil:Sebagian besarkasusTB-MDRsebanyak 62responden (50,0%).Sebagian besarresponden dalam rentangusiaproduktifyaitusebanyak76responden(61,3%),sosialekonomitinggiyaitu sebanyak 74responden (59,7%),statusgizitidaknormalyaitu sebanyak 82responden(66,1%), kepatuhanminum obat rendahyaitu sebanyak 68responden (54,8%), penyakit penyertayaitu sebanyak 79responden (63,7%),merokokyaitusebanyak72responden (58,1%), Tidakterdapat hubungan Usia dengan TBMDR,Adahubungan socialekonomidengan TBMDR.Adahubungan statusgizi dengan TBMDR.Adahubungankepatuhanminum obat dengan TBMDR.Ada hubungankepatuhan minumobat denganTB MDR.Ada hubungankebiasaanmerokokdenganTB MDR.Saran agarmelakukanpencegahan terjadinyapeningkatan TB-MDR diProvinsi Lampung denganmenggunakan indeksprediktifkejadian TB-MDRbaik ditingkatmasyarakatmaupun petugaskesehatan.Padatingkatmasyarakat bergunauntukuntukskriningawaluntukpencegahan TB-MDRpadapenderitaTB
