Introduction: Nurses as health workers who have the most contact with patients have a risk of contracting the Covid-19 virus. RS. Bandar Negara Husada Kota Baru Bandar Lampung in 2021, obtained as many as 89 patients who underwent covid 19 isolation, and as many as 57 patients who underwent treatment due to Covid 19. And based on the results of interviews with 5 nurses in isolation and inpatient rooms, it was stated that if they had anxiety when caring for a new patient, with symptoms of cold sweats, palpitations and lethargy, and feeling uneasy. As for the resilience of character strength to the resilience of nurses, carried out with 5 nurse subjects at the hospital, it shows that character strength contributes 60% to the resilience of nurses in dealing with pressure when working such as paying attention to patients, where the dominant factor of character strength is creativity where nurses are able to creative thinking in serving diverse patients, the courage of nurses in dealing with many patients, the endurance to work long hours.

Objective: To analyze the relationship between resilience and anxiety in nurses during the COVID-19 pandemic in hospitals. Bandar Negara Husada Kota Baru Bandar Lampung.

Methods: This type of research is qualitative, analytic survey design with a cross sectional approach, the population is nurses in the hospital as many as 78 respondents, the sampling technique uses purposive sampling, data analysis uses univariate and bivariate using chi square test.

Result : From 78 resilience respondents with poor category as many as 42 respondents (53.8%). Anxiety in nurses with mild anxiety were 38 respondents (48.7%). The results of data analysis using the chi square test obtained p-value = 0.000 (< 0.05), which means that there is a relationship between the quality of health care services and the level of patient satisfaction at Pertamina Bintang Amin Husada Hospital, Bandar Lampung City in 2022.

Suggestion: It is hoped that the results of this study can be used as an evaluation material related to the prevention of stress and anxiety for nurses who work in hospitals during an outbreak/disaster.

Pendahuluan: Perawat sebagai tenaga kesehatan yang paling sering kontak dengan pasien memiliki risiko tertular virus Covid-19. RS. Bandar Negara Husada Kota Baru Bandar Lampung pada tahun 2021, didapat sebanyak 89 pasien yang menjalani isolasoi covid 19, dan sebanyak 57 pasien yang menjalani perawatan dikarenakan Covid 19. Dan berdasarkan hasil wawancara terhadap 5 perawat di ruang isolasi dan rawat inap, menyebutkan jika mereka mengalami kecemasan apabila merawat pasien baru, dengan gejala berkeringan dingin, jantung berdebar serta badan lesu, dan merasa tidak tenang. Sedangkan untuk resiliensi kekuatan karakter terhadap resiliensi perawat, dilakukan dengan 5 subjek perawat di rumah sakit, Menunjukkan bahwa kekuatan karakter memberikan sumbangan 60% terhadap resiliensi pada perawat dalam menghadapi tekanan ketika bekerja seperti memperhatikan pasien, dimana faktor dominan dari kekuatan karakter adalah kreativitas dimana perawat mampu berpikir kreatif dalam melayani pasien yang beraneka ragam, keberanian perawat dalam menghadapi banyak pasien, daya tahan untuk bekerja dalam jam waktu yang panjang.

Tujuan: Menganalisis hubungan antara resiliensi dengan kecemasan pada perawat selama masa pandemi covid 19 di RS. Bandar Negara Husada Kota Baru Bandar Lampung.

Metode: Jenis penelitiankualitatif, rancangan survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional, populasi adalah perawat di Rumah Sakit sebanyak 78 responden, teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling, analisa data menggunakan univariat dan bivariat menggukan uji chi square.

Hasil : Dari 78 responden resiliensi dengan kategori kurang baik sebanyak 42 responden (53,8%). Kecemasan pada perawat dengan cemas ringan sebanyak 38 responden (48,7%). Hasil analisa data menggunakan uji chi square didapat nilai p-value = 0.000 (< α 0,05) yang artinya ada hubungan kualitas askep dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien di Rumah Sakit Pertamina Bintang Amin Husada Kota Bandar Lampung Tahun 2022.

Saran : Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan bahan evaluasi terkait pencegahan stress dan kecemasan bagi perawat yang bekerja di Rumah Sakit saat terjadi wabah/ bencana.
