Abstrak

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of experiential marketing, service quality and product quality on customer loyalty at KFC kedaton in Bandar Lampung. The method in this study used the quantitative The results of this study indicate that Experiential Marketing has a partial effect on customer loyalty, service quality has a partial effect on customer loyalty, product qualityhas a partial effect on customer loyalty. Experiential marketing variables, service quality, and customer product quality influence simultaneously or jointly on customer loyalty.
